Country Sized Grave

from Sapwood & Friends by Sapwood

/

lyrics

One day you'll build a wall so tall
you'll never see the sun
and as you call and you call
you will never hear no one
and as you scratch and you claw
you'll find your hands are just too small
and then you'll realize what you've done

As you're laying on the ground
your smile turns into a frown
as you sit and wonder how
you'll ever turn your life around
but now its just too late
its already spiraled down the drain
and now you'll surely drown when it rains

As the rain begins to fall
and the water fills the walls
and all your so called friends have ran away
with both hands to the sky
you scream "God, Oh Why! Oh Why!"
as you sink into your country-sized grave

One day they write a book
about the world's biggest crook
and all the lives he took
with the iron fist he shook
and when that day comes
there'll be big parade so fun
and everyone'll be so happy that he's DEAD!!!!!
